At our Avalon facility, Heath Tecna has developed
the skills and knowledge to offer Product Support and Repair/Refurbishment Services for First and Business
class seats, galleys and inserts, lavatories, stowage
bins, and interior panels.

With immediate access to all design data and original tooling, the legacy products from the Premium Aircraft Interiors Group group of companies can be serviced, maintained, repaired or modified.

The aircraft interior components have been designed in conjunction with the airline customer or the airframe manufacturer. On one hand, there is demand from the airlines for more bespoke equipment, on the other, suppliers are moving towards more standardisation, with a view of reducing lead times, rationalising in-house resources and controlling costs.

Heath Tecna offers a solution to both as we are flexible enough to meet the requirements of the airline in the customisation of existing product whilst maintaining the priorities of the suppliers and manufacturers.
